General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of North Studio's apps, games, and website. By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps or games, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps or games.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or otherwise using any North Studio app, game, or website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these General Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Our apps and games

North Studio develops and publishes mobile apps and games. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, app, or game at any time, with or without notice, and we do not guarantee that any app or game will remain available indefinitely.

3. Eligibility and age requirements

Our apps and games are not intended for users under the age of 16. By using our apps or games, you confirm that you meet this age requirement, or that you are using the app or game under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

4. Your account

Where an app or game requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable use

When using our apps and games, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use our apps or games for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our apps or games, except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our apps, games, or servers.

6. In-app purchases and virtual items

Some of our apps and games offer in-app purchases of virtual items or currency. These virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed to you for use within the relevant app or game only. All purchases are processed through the applicable app store and are subject to that app store's own payment and refund terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content in our apps and games — including graphics, characters, code, and trademarks — is owned by North Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps and games for your own entertainment, subject to these terms.

8. Third-party services

Our apps and games may integrate with or link to third-party services, such as app stores, advertising networks, or social platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Our apps and games are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that our apps or games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, North Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps or games.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any app, game, or account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our apps and games shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco, unless mandatory local consumer protection law provides otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our apps or games after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
