Purchase Terms

These Purchase Terms explain how in-app purchases work across North Studio's apps and games, in addition to our General Terms and Conditions.

1. How purchases work

Purchases made within our apps and games (such as virtual currency, items, or subscriptions) are processed entirely through the app store you downloaded the app from (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not directly collect or store your payment card details.

2. Pricing and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency and amount set by the relevant app store for your region, and may include applicable taxes as required by local law. Prices may change from time to time; changes will not affect purchases you have already completed.

3. Virtual items and currency

Virtual currency and items purchased or earned within our apps and games have no monetary value, are not redeemable for real money, and may only be used within the app or game in which they were purchased or earned. They are licensed to you, not sold, and remain our property.

4. Payment authorization

By making a purchase, you authorize the relevant app store to charge your chosen payment method. Please review your app store account settings to manage stored payment methods, subscriptions, and purchase confirmations (such as requiring a password or biometric confirmation before each purchase).

5. Refunds

Refunds for purchases are handled by the app store through which the purchase was made, in accordance with that app store's own refund policy. See our App Store Purchase Refund Policy for more details.

6. Subscriptions

Where an app or game offers a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it in advance through your app store account settings. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period, except as required by law or the applicable app store's policy.

7. Governing law

These Purchase Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.
